This project located in Palakkudawa of Kalpitiya D.S. division and mostly the fishery people living in this area. New preschool building was built in front of the Palakkudawa government school also the ideal place for preschool. 225 families are living there and for them easy to access this place. On Saturday 08th of Dec. 2012 in the morning was held the opening ceremony with the traditional & religious blessing & observances.
