Poson Poya celebrates in June. According to history, Mihindu Thero ( A royal Missionary Monk who came from India ) perched his first sermon to rulling King Devanampiyatissa on that day. Therefore all the Buddhism in sri lanka celebrate this on Poya Day in June. To explain about the history and values and to give a value for religious celebration, this was organized in “PEARL” Pre-schools where in Kosgoda and Pathirajagama in Mid of june. This was designed as an evening program and all the children gathered to on the stage to sing Bakthi Gee. The program organized by Pre-school teachers under the guidance of FLCF to celebrate the . And parents helped them to decorate the stage.The one of Director of the FLCF Mr.Korala and few project staff members aattend to see this in both place in Kosgoda and Pathitajagama.
