Livelihood – Empowering
The Livelihood Empowering Program was initiated to uplift the lifestyles of underprivileged families, enabling them to overcome life’s challenges. By providing initial capital and training in various livelihood activities, we aim to equip them with the tools to establish self-employment ventures. Our goal is to improve their standard of living, creating a peaceful home environment conducive to both children’s studies and parents’ well-being.
The majority of our beneficiary families are led by women, many of whom are widows. To empower these families, we provide them with start-up support to initiate their livelihood ventures, offering initial guidance and ongoing assistance until they achieve self-sufficiency.
This program supports the underprivileged community through self-employment training and provides start-up equipment, materials, and funds for various income generation, including tailoring, gardening, dairy farming, poultry farming, making accessories, candle and soap making, agriculture, and coco fiber-based work. Additionally, it offers opportunities for participants to market their products effectively.
