The opening ceremony of "PEARL" Child Guidance Center (CGC) - Beruwala This “PEARL” Child Guidance Center (CGC) for the special needs children, situated in Moragalla at Beruwala divisional secretary area of Western Province. This project constructed & implemented by “Friends Lanka Child Foundation” (FLCF) with the financial support of “Kinderstiftung” – Switzerland & “Friends Kinderhilfe Inrernational” - Germany. It was declared open on 08th October 2017 with the participation of Hon minister Dr. Rajitha Senaratne, District Secretary of Kaluthara Mr. U.D.C Jayalal & government officers, the Chairperson of FRIENDS Kinderhilfe International E.V. Mrs. Sylvia Bobay & Director and the members of Friends Lanka Child foundation. This center opened for the special needs children with all the infrastructures & facilities.
